03/15/1989 CITY COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING
March 15, 1989
The City Commission of the City of Clearwater met at City Hall, March 15, 1989, at 2:56 P.M., with the following members present:
Rita Garvey Mayor/Commissioner
Lee Regulski Commissioner
Don Winner Commissioner
Absent:
James Berfield Vice-Mayor/Commissioner
William Nunamaker Commissioner
Also present were:
Ron H. Rabun City Manager
M. A. Galbraith, Jr. City Attorney
Cynthia E. Goudeau City Clerk
The purpose of the special meeting was to canvass the returns from the March 14, 1989, election.
The City Clerk presented three (3) certificates of testing of the automatic tabulating equipment dated as follows:
March 8, 1989 - 10:00 A.M.
March 14, 1989 - 7:10 P.M.
March 14, 1989 - 8:46 P.M.
Commissioner Winner moved to accept the three (3) certificates of testing. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
The City Clerk presented the tabulation of votes for the 44 precincts as follows:

Commissioner Regulski moved to accept the City Clerk's report and to declare the results reported official. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
Commissioner Regulski moved to declare William Nunamaker re-elected to Commission Seat No. 4 and Richard A. Fitzgerald elected to Commission Seat No. 5. The motion was duly seconded
and carried unanimously.
