A. CALL TO ORDER, INVOCATION, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. at City Hall, followed by the Pledge of
Allegiance.
To provide continuity for research, items are in agenda order although not
necessarily discussed in that order.

Member Anuszkiewicz moved to approve the minutes of the February 20, 2018
Community Development Board meeting as submitted in written summation. The motion

Avenue. The building is 15.10 feet in height (from Base Flood Elevation to mid-point
of pitched roof) and 19.4 feet in height (from Base Flood Elevation to top of elevator
shaft roof). The project requests allowable flexibility from setbacks, lot area, lot
width, and landscape requirements (Sections 2-803 and 3-1202).

Request: The Community Development Board is reviewing a proposed light
assembly use to be located in the Commercial (C) District within an existing building.
The site consists of one parcel addressed as 800 Belleair Road. The proposal
requests allowable flexibility with regard to use, setbacks (to existing building),
number of parking spaces and landscaping (Sections 2 -704.F and 3- 1202.G).

Member Anuszkiewicz moved to approve Cases FLD2018 -01001 and FLD2017 -12024
on today's Consent Agenda based on evidence in the record, including the application
and the Staff Report, and hereby adopt the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law
stated in the Staff Report, with conditions of approval as listed. The motion was duly
seconded and carried unanimously.
G. DIRECTOR'S REPORT:
1. Complete Streets Advisory Committee Representative
Planning & Development Director Michael Delk requested the Board appoint a
representative to the City Manager's Complete Streets Advisory Committee.
Consensus was to appoint Board Member Mike Flanery.
