9121-18ORDINANCE NO. 9121-18 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED GENERALLY NORTH OF DREW STREET, SOUTH OF SR 590, AND WITHIN '/4 MILE WEST AND EAST OF MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESSES ARE 601 MOSS AVENUE, 807 GLEN OAK AVENUE EAST, 3006 AND 3007 LAKE VISTA DRIVE, 3030 AND 3065 HOYT AVENUE, 3035 GRAND VIEW AVENUE, 3058, 3070 AND 3076 MERRILL AVENUE, ALL IN CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33759, AS RESIDENTIAL LOW (RL), AND 3120 AND 3124 WOLFE ROAD, ALL IN CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33759, AS RESIDENTIAL URBAN (RU), UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the Future Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Future Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described properties, upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, as follows: Property See attached Exhibit A for Legal Descriptions; (ANX2017-12024, ANX2017-12025, ANX2018-01002) Land Use Category Residential Low (RL) and Residential Urban (RU) The maps attached as Exhibits B and C are hereby incorporated by reference. Section 2. The City Council does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 9120-18.
