Dear Chief Slaughter,
This letter ("Letter") confirms the Parties' agreement to extend the Exclusive Agreement Between
the City of Clearwater, Florida and Redflex Traffic Systems Inc. for Traffic Cabrera Safety Improvement
Program dated November 22, 2011 ("Original Agreement'j, which Original Agreement was previously
extended on August 13, 2015 ("Extension") (the Original Agreement together with the Extension, the
"Agreement"). The Agreement shall be extended for two (2) years commencing October 31, 2017 and
terminating October 30, 2019.
Unless expressly stated otherwise,all the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full
force and effect.
Please indicate the City's acceptance of the terms of this Letter by having the appropriate City official
