In accordance with the provisions of this agreement, the City of Clearwater will be initiating an action to officially bring your property, located at 1810 Winwood Drive (Parcel No. OS-29-16-98470-000-0010), into its jurisdiction. This letter shall serve as 60 days written notice of the City's intent to annex this property in accordance with the terms and conditions established in that ATA. The City will then proceed with the action to annex this property. A copy of the ATA Agreement under reference is enclosed for your convenience. The ATA is considered an application to annex and no further application is needed from you to start the annexation process. The City shall not be liable for any damage resulting from any unavadable cessation of service caused by Act of God, necessary mairrtenance work, or any cause beyond the control of the City. 4. All notices to be furnished heretmder shall be furnished to the City of Clearwater, to the City Manager, P.O. Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida, 34618-4648 and to the owner at the post office address for the property described above, at any other address which may be furnished by the Owner from time to time, or at the address for the Owner according to the property tax rolls of Pinellas County, Florida. 5. This Agreement shall be recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Ftorida.
