This Certificate pertains to an Amended and Restated Development Agreement (The Strand Project), by and between the Agency and the Developer, dated as of * (the moment Agreement"), which provides, among other things, for the sale of property within a project site as descr ed in Exhibit "A` attached hereto and made a part hereof for the development and construction of the Strand Project, as same Is defined in the Development Agreement.
