7785-07 ORDINANCE NO. 7785-07 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF DREW STREET AND BELCHER ROAD AND SOUTH OF NORMAN DRIVE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2212-2216 DREW STREET, UNADDRESSED PARCEL, AND 2205 NORMAN DRIVE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS COMMERCIAL GENERAL (CG) AND RESIDENTIAL LOW (RL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described property, upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, as follows: Property A. 2212-2216 Drew St. (See Exhibit "A") B. 2205 Norman Dr. (See Exhibit "A") (ANX2006-10039) Land Use Cateaorv Commercial General Residential Low Section 2. The City Council does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 7784-07.
