Dear Mr. Ehlers:
The current Interlocal Agreement between the City of Clearwater and Pinellas County for the County's
use of the Ross Norton Recreational Complex during times of emergency expired October 11, 2016. I
have confirmed that the County's Emergency Management Department desires to continue this
Agreement with the City. Section 1 of the contract dated October 11,2006 requires written confirmation
by both parties to renew for another five(5)year term, beginning October 11, 2016 and ending October
10, 2021. We respectfully request your signature below confirming the City's desire to continue the
Interlocal Agreement for the renewal period.
