Dear Mr. Lopez:
This letter is to amend BCP2005-01510 dated January 21,2005 to construct a 6-story, 55-
unit condominium building (5 floors over 1 level of parking) and site work.
Attached is a revised site plan for the above mentioned project. This plan has been
approved by the CDB on May 16,2006, FLD2006-03012.
The previously approved Development Order FLD2003-11 059 dated December 14,
2004, requesting a rear variance from 15' to the pool deck to 13'. The amended approved
plan is a reduction to the pool deck from 13' to 3'. The current pool application is listed
under BCP2006-05789.
Please amend BCP2005-01510 to reflect the new pool deck setback at the rear and
revised landscaping.
The plans submitted to your office on June 15,2006 reflected the incorrect pool, please
discard those plans and mark the attached plans as Amendment E.
