3) Under no circumstances shall the swimming pool,

easement(s).
4) All sod, sidewalk, curb and sprinkler damage, if any,
within the right-of-way shall be repaired/replaced prior to
engineering final inspection.
5) Contractor shall call in an "Engineering Final
