10/30/2013 1) Under no circumstances shall the swimming pool,
deck, pool equipment, and pool accessories be
constructed within the easements.
2) Contractor must call in an "Engineering Final
Inspection" (001) at the same time the request for a"Pool
Final Inspection" (505) is called in.
3) All sod, sidewalk, curb and sprinkler damage, if any,
within the right-of-way shall be repaired/replaced prior to
engineering final inspection.
4) Construction of in ground pools which may require the
offsite discharge of produced groundwater, is subject to
FDEP rules and regulations. Additional information can
