3. Property owners are responsible for restoring, regrading, repairing and replacing any damaged grass,

plants or other landscaping on this or any adjoining Lots caused by the construction.
5. Proposed alterations shall not encroach on any platted setbacks or adversely affect any designed or

6. All exterior changes shall be completed in a manner that does not materially damage any Common Areas
or individual Lots. Property owners are solely responsible for any damage done to the common property,
sidewalks, streets, etc. All damages must be repaired within 14 days from occurrence.
7. No homeowner shall permit their contractor to access or otherwise cross the common areas without
receiving written permission in advance from the Board of Directors, any Association officer or the
Community Manager, or another person❑s Lot without receiving permission from the Lot owner.
8. The Association, its❑ Board of Directors, officers, Committees and agents have no obligation or liability to
determine whether the proposed improvements comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, codes or
