SECOND AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE AGREEMENTSECOND AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 10,
2014 (the "Amendment ") is made as of this A(4' day of December, 2016 (the "Effective Date "), by
and between THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal corporation (the
"City ") and PARADISE GROUP, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the "Developer ").
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the City and the Developer are parties to that certain Purchase Agreement dated
June 10, 2014, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Developer desire to amend certain terms and provisions of the
Purchase Agreement, as more fully set forth herein below.
NOW, THEREFORE the City and the Developer agree as follows:
1. Section 6 is hereby amended as follows:
Closing. The closing (the "Closing ") shall be held upon five (5) days' prior written notice to
the City by the Developer upon satisfaction of all conditions to closing but not later than December
31, 2016.
2. The Developer was incorrectly named in the original contract and the correct name is
PV- PELICAN WALK, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
