According to FCC regulations, a service is considered jurisdictionally interstate if more than 10%of the traffic is ultimately bound for the Internet or to locations outside the state. With respect to the Metro Ethernet service that you receive from Bright House Networks,please check one of the following: Customer certifies that its use of the Bright House Networks Metro Ethernet Services is such that more than 10%of the traffic is jurisdictionally interstate according to FCC regulations. That is, more than 10%of the traffic carried on the Metro Ethernet Service is ultimately bound for the Internet or a location outside the state.
