Chair Henley called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.at the Municipal Services Building..
To provide continuity for research, items are in agenda order although not necessarily discussed in that order.
ITEM#2—Approval of Minutes—
The minutes of November 18, 2015;were approved as submitted_
ITEM#3—Director's Reports
a. Appoint fifth to the CSB,Ashley Donnell Hackl
Joseph Roseto, Human Resources Director, advised the Board in regards to the voting of the fifth member to the
Board and presented Ashley Donnell Hackl.
b. Human Resources accomplishments and statistics
Joseph Roseto, Human Resources Director,advised the Board on the Human Resources accomplishments and
reviewed yearly statistics.
ITEM#4—Old Business—None
Joseph Roseto, Human Resources Director, advised the Board that there would be termination appeal cases that would
be coming forward to be heard.

THIS MATTER coming on to be heard before the Civil Service Board of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, in the matter of the appeal of ANTWAN WILLIAMS of his termination and
pursuant to Section 2.285(4) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, the said Board
having been convened on May 26, 2016, to consider the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of
Law of the Recommended Order of Hearing Officer D.R. Alexander, and the Board having
considered this matter and the charges in the Termination Notice and having considered the
Recommended Order of the Hearing Officer and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
the Board by motion duly made and carried DETERMINED AS FOLLOWS:
That the termination of ANTWAN WILLIAMS be upheld.
