�tandarc� �uilding Cas1e, the �uilding O,fficia.t determimed that certain real prog�rty described herein
and the bu¢lding situa4ed ther�n were unsafe, unsanitary, unfit for human habita6on, aa�d
dangerous and detrir�ental to the health, saf�ty, and general �velfare of the c,�smmunity, and did not
prog�rly c�mply with the requir�ments of said Cale, and founrl that an emergency existed which,
in his api�i�n, involved danger to human life a�d health, and orderer! the demoli6on of the
buil�i€ing; and

assess and charge a lien on behali of the City of Clearwatec against the property for the necessary
costs incucred as follows:
