A RESOLUTI�N'OF THE CITY QF CLE/\RWATER, FLC'iRIDA, ASSESSING THE
OWNERS OF PROPERTY THE COSTS OF HAVING MOWED OR CLEARED {s:;�'�
THE OWNERS' LOTS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission of the City of Clearvvater thaf,
for the purpose of promoting the heaith, safe4y and general welfare of the citizens and residents of
the City, real property within the City should be cleared of weeds, rubbish, debris and other
noxious material; and
WHEREAS, notice pursuant to Section 20.38, Code of Ordinances, was provided to ihe
owner of each of the lots listed in Exhibit A, and the notice required each property owner to cause
the violation to be remedied or to file a notice of appeal within 10 days after the date the property
was posted; and
WHEREAS, the propetty owners have failed to 4ake remedial action within the time
provided and have failed fio file a notice of appeal within the time allowed, or appealed the notice
of violation bui failed io take rernedial action wifhin th� time provided by the Code Enforcement
�oard, and it became nece�s�ry for the City to take r�medial action; and
WHEREAS, the owner af each lot (isfed on Exhibit A has been provided with a notice and
opporturiity within which to pay 4he costs and administrative charg�s sef forth on Exhibit A, but no
payments have been received; now, 4herefore,
