WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is extending Landmark
Drive, South from Enterprise Road East to Lake Chautauqua Park, and
WiIEREAS, the City has found it necessary to preserve a
transitional wet land area and a mitigation area to compensate for
impacts tc Mu11et Creek by the aforementioned construction, and
�REAS, a Conservai�ion Easement Deed dedicated to the
State of Florida, Department of Environmental Protection, is
required pursuant to Florida statute 704.06, and
WHEREAS, an appropriate Conservation Easement Deed has
been prepared; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY TiiE CYTX CONINIISSI�N AF' THE
CTTY OF CL,EARWATEI2, &'LLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are lzereby
authorized to execute the Conservation Easement Deed to the State
of Florida, Department of Environmental Protection, pursuant to
Florida statute 704.06.
Sectian 2. This resolution shal.l take effect immediately
upon adoption.
