A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ASSESSING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY HAVING A POST OFFICE
ADDRESS OF 136 NORTH PROSPECT ApEN E, 138 NORTH 9R3SPECT
AVENUE, 901 DREW STREET, 9 DREW
STREET, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE
PARTICULARLY HEREIN, IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $8,830.00
FOR THE COSTS OF DEMOLITION INCURRED IN REMOVING
DANGEROUS STRUCTURES, WITH THE CONSENT OF THE OWNERS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter he ildinf Official determined that rcertainsreal

Section 2. As soon as practicable, a Certificate of Indebtedness against
the property for the amount of assessment shall be prepared, which certificate
shall constitute a lien prior to all other liens except the lien for taxes. Said
certificate, when issued, shall be payable to the City in not exceeding ten (10)
equal annual installments with interest at a rate not greater than eight percent
(M.) per annum.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare a Notice of Lien
in the amount of the assessment against said property, and to record the same in
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
