This ADDENDUM is made and entered into by and between the City of Clearwater, Florida
(CITY) and Atkins North America, Inc., (ENGINEER) and hereby notes that the original Exhibit
"B" was in error and the new, corrected Exhibit `B ", attached to this Addendum, supersedes and
replaces the original.
Upon its execution by both parties, this Addendum, is made an integral part of the Agreement for
Professional Services entered into by both parties on July 21, 2015.
