Re: SKIFF POINT WATER MAIN EXTENSION, MAJESTIC POINT (200 SKIFF
POINT); BCP2006-09200
This letter will confirm that MAJESTIC POINT is the record owner of the
proposed Majestic Point of Clearwater, a Condominium development located at 200 Skiff
Point agrees to its pro rata share of the water main extension to meet fire demand brought
about due to redevelopment in accordance with City Code of Ordinances.
The City agrees to administer the design, permitting, and construction of the water
main in a timely fashion so as to not impact receipt of the Owners scheduled Certificate
of Occupancy, this being planned for November of 2007.
The agreed upon pro rata share is three-eights of the total cost of $202,385.41 or
$75,894.53 and it is further stated that the Owner will not be held liable for any other
costs over and above this amount related to the water main extension its.rlf.
