2. Commercial Automabile I.Isbility Insurance far any owned, nan-owned, hired ar
bvrrowed autornobile is required in the minimum amount of $1,OOQ,OQp cambined
single limit.
Statutory Warkers` Compensation Insurance and Empiayer's Liability Insurance in the
minimum amaunt of $1Qp,QOQ each employee �ach accid�nt, $�.OQ,000 ea�ch emplayee
by dis�ase and $500,000 aggregate by disease with benefits efforded under the laws of
the State af Florida. Coverage should include Voluntary Gompensation and U.S.
�angshoremen's and Harbar Warker's Act coverage where applicabls. Coverage rnust be
appiicabie to employees, contrattors, and subcoMractors, if any.
4. Vendar shall insure each deposit/pickup far up to $1,Qp0,000 in the event of accident,
n�gligence, thef�, robbery, (oss, misplacement, destruction, fire, or other event,
whether act is performed initialiy or by accident.
The above insurance limits may be achieved by a combination af primary and umbreila/excess
liability pplicies.

1. The City is to �e specifically Pnclud�d as an "Additianal insur�d" on the Mnsuranee poli�ies
listed abov�, excludin� �t+torkers' Campensation and Employer's L(ability.
Prior ta the �xecution of this Agreement (and seuen {?} days prlor to the start of work
under this Agreement) then annually upon the anniversary date(s) of the insuranee
policy's renewal dat�(s), the Vendor will furnish the Clty with a Certificate of Insurance
evid�ncing the caverages set forth above and nemfng the City as an "Additional Insured"
Qn all polici�s, excluding Warkers' Compensation and Employer's liabiliry. I� addition,
