PINELLAS COUNTY FLO~IDK INST# 2007148713 04130/2007 at 04:54 PM OFF REC BK: 15766 PG: 1421-1422 DocType:GOV RECORDING: $18.50 I , AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET SOUTH FROM THE INTERSECTION OF B,ELL CHEER DRIVE AND PLEASANT PARKWAY, CONSISTING OF LOT 4, PLEASANT RIDGE ESTATES, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2115 PLEASANT PARKWAY, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. t: WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: Lot 4, Pleasant Ridge Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 71, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (ANX2006- 12040) Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Council hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public, which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property.
