A. CALL TO ORDER, INVOCATION, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. at City Hall, followed by the
Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.
B. ROLL CALL: Chair Barker, Vice Chair Allbritton, Members Adelson,

C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: June 16 2015
Member Allbritton moved to approve the minutes of the regular Community
Development Board meeting of June 16, 2015, as recorded and submitted in written
summation to each board member. The motion was duly seconded and carried
unanimously.

Presenter: Kevin W. Nurnberqer, Planner III
Attorney Brian Aungst, representing the applicant, reviewed progress on the plan for the
Pelican Walk parking garage project and said the developer was working with staff to
resolve several items in the condominium documents. He said Development Agreement
amendments will be presented to the board on August 18, 2015.
Acting Member Funk moved to continue Case DVA2014-06001A to August 18, 2015.
The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
