A town meeting to discuss the latest downtown development plan was held at the Harborview Center at 8:00 a.m. on April 28, 2000.
David Frisbee and George deGuardiola of deGuardiola Development, Inc., and Richard Flero of Cooper Carey presented the downtown masterplan and answered questions from the public.
The meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
