6052-96M ��3 i T AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF MCMULLEN ROAD AND SOUTH OF ENTERPRISE ROAD, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 28S, RANGE 16E, WHICH IS VACANT UNPLATTED PROPERTY, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LIMITED OFFICE (OL) FOR TRACT A, AND RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT "FIVE" (RPD -5) FOR TRACT B; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1.
