ZL _ d WHEREAS, Society of St. Vincent de Paul Upper Pinellas, Inc., owner of real property located in the City of Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the drainage and utility easement described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and C F� 1 _n C"m� CM Q0 txa WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: ;motion 1. The following; The North 10 feet of the existing 30 foot drainage and utility easement, lying South of and adjacent to, Lot 13, Block 6, Revised Plat of Brookwood Terrace Subdivision, less the East 5 feet thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 34 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and releases all of its right, title and interest thereto. fiction 2.
