AN. ORDINANCE OF THE CITY 'OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE NORTH /SOUTH ALLEY LYING BETWEEN THE
NORTH 112 OF LOT 14 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 1, E. A.
MARSHALL'S SUBDIVISION, SUBJECT TO A DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENT WHICH IS RETAINED OVER THE FULL
WIDTH THEREOF; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE..
WHEREAS, Multi -Media Distribution Corporation, owner of reap property adjoining the alley
described herein, has requested that the City vacate the alley described in Exhibit A attached
hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said alley is not necessary for municipal use
and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public that the same be
