6021-96AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF PALM STREET, CONSISTING OF WEST 67 FEET OF LOTS 5, 6, 7, 8, 8, BLOCK A, CLEARDUN SUBDIVISION, INCLUDING ABUTTING RIGHT -OF -WAY OF DOUGLAS AVENUE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2077 DOUGLAS AVENUE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL "EIGHT" (RS -8); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: I'.• i The West 67 feet of Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, Single- Family Residential "Eight" (RS -8) Block "A ', Cieardun Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 47, public records of Pinellas County, FL together with the abutting right -of -way of Douglas Avenue.
