5998-96• : � ► • �I��'I�i t-) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH CORRIDOR OF LANDMARK DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK A, DELLWOOD HEIGHT S SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT -OF -WAY TO THE WEST OF LOT 1, AND M &B 23 -021 IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 29S, RANGE 16E, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LIMITED OFFICE (OL) FOR PARCEL 1, AND LIMITED INDUSTRIAL (IL) FOR PARCEL 2; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1.
