'►J •;! ] 1,720'a RIM AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH BETTY LANE AND WOODBINE STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 9, BLOCK C, PINE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1301 WOODBINE STREET, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 8 (RS- 8); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1 The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Propertv z0baDiqdd Lot 9, Block C, Pine Ridge Subdivision, according Single - Family Residential 8 to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, (RS -8) Page 98, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
