OFF.REC.BK 9291 PG 1825 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH BETTY LANE AND WOODBINE STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 9, BLOCK C, PINE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1301 WOODBINE STREET, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map » R CORDIN attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the ACCT Ot7On City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, REC FEES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF tnTF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: PTG PrC Section 1. The following- described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater DOC --_— and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: INT TOTAL L, _5-q Lot 9, Block C, Pine Ridge Subdivision, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 98, of the public I' records of Pinellas County, Florida. (A96 -08) Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights -of -way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and records of the City. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
