ORDINANCE NO, 6978 -96
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF
RIDGEMONT DRIVE AND NORTH OF RAYMONT DRIVE,
CONSISTING OF LOT 60 SKYLINE GROVES, WHOSE POST
OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1936 EAST SKYLINE DRIVE, INTO THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE
BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map
11 R ;C0DIV&ttached hereto as Exhibit,A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the
ACC ty pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable

Secti . The provisions of this ordinance are found and determine o
with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the
dedication of all easements, parks, rights -of -way and other dedications to the public which have
heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the
City Clerk and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described herein upon the official maps and records of the City.
SVLJM3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. The City Clerk
shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map attached hereto, with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after
adoption, and shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days after
adoption.
