5978-96INST ## 96- 069101 MAR 14, 1996 2 :34PM ORDINANCE NO, 6978 -96 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF RIDGEMONT DRIVE AND NORTH OF RAYMONT DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOT 60 SKYLINE GROVES, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1936 EAST SKYLINE DRIVE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map 11 R ;C0DIV&ttached hereto as Exhibit,A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the ACC ty pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable REG quirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, DR219 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DS — CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: INT Pic CERT Section 1.
