The Pinellas County Property Appraiser's Office conducted a survey of new property
owners to determine the market impact of changes in flood insurance premiums under
the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012. In response to the survey, a
number of property owners provided their elevation certificates.
Enclosed please find elevation certificates from property owners in your municipality, in
case they may be useful to you. We have also retained a copy in our records. This will
be the last mailing of elevation certificates, as we no longer collect this information from
property owners.
