This letter is in response to your notice of hearing on the application by William Blackwood, in Re:
801 Bay Esplanade, Clearwater Beach Florida, (FLD2015- 03008, scheduled to be heard 'fuesday,
19 May 2015).
1) If it is the intention of the Board to deny the application or request in its entirety, the
undersigned have no objection to that action.
2) The undersigned strenuously object to any other action by the Board, and the request itself.
The notice of this hearing was totally inadequate, as Mr. and Mrs. Piernick did not receive the
notice until late afternoon of Thursday, 14 May 2015, essentially two business days prior to the
hearing, and as of Friday morning 15 May 2015 Mr. and Mrs. Jackson have not received any notice
at all. Further, there is no plan furnished with the notice and no time to review one, leaving the
below signed parties to speculation guessing as to what is to be addressed. The notice states only
the dock will be 64.6 feet, which is virtually twice what is allowed. Mr. Blackwood continues
upsetting this community tranquility by his incessant and repeated efforts in this matter.
We continue to encourage the F,oard to deny Mr. Blackwood's endeavors to construct anything
