Water master plan is focused on our water resources and what to do at the wastewater treatment plant from our compliance stand point. From an efficiency stand point part of the study was to gain some employee input on some things they saw that needed to be done and to seek out anything we could do in the future for compliance and the efficiency of the operation. These projects are rolled into our capital improvement program which is currently in the budget, and is considered in our next rate study for rate increases to sustain the capital needs to keep our system operating the way it needs to operate basically. The decision has been made and the action has been done, we have not installed the equipment yet here, because our decision was made subsequent to county decision. It takes some time to design and get the equipment on board. Member Carlough - stated that the information she obtained from a dentist is that, the best way to apply Fluoride is topically that is where it is going to do good and not by drinking.
