Hamilton Also Present: Joe Roseto Patricia O. Sullivan Human Resources Director Board Reporter The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall. To provide continuity for research, items are in agenda order although not necessarily discussed in that order. 2 - Approval of Minutes Member Jensen moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of January 12, 2006, as submitted in written summation to each board member. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. 3 - Emplovees to be Heard - None. 4 - Action Items: a) Review and Action on Employee Requests for Regular Pensions: 1) William Farias, Police 2) John W. Long, Jr., Police 3) Charles McAbee, Public Services 4) Joe Taylor, Fire Member Schmalzbauer moved to approve the requests for regular pensions for William Farias, John W. Long, Jr., Charles McAbee, and Joe Taylor. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. b) Approval of New Hires as Plan Members: As of January 30, 2006, the City had 1823.01 FTEs out of 1899.2 budgeted positions. Paul Roskey originally was hired as part-time; status changed to full-time and pension eligible as of December 10, 2005. Pension Advisory 2006-02-09 1 . . . Pension Advisory 2006-02-09 2 . . . Joseph Mack Mr. Roseto requested the committee tentatively schedule a disability hearing for Joseph Mack on March 9, 2006.
