Gibson elected to Seat 5. She requested a motion to declare Carlen A. Petersen and George N. Cretekos elected to Seat 4 and 3, respectively, as unopposed. Councilmember Jonson moved to declare Carlen A. Petersen and George N. Cretekos elected to Seat 4 and 3, respectively, as unopposed. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
