Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM, by CRA Chairperson, Rita Garvey. Meeting notes DDB/CRA workshop meeting notes were approved as submitted. Item 2. DDB/CRA District Boundaries DDB and CRA district boundaries were discussed. The legal map (drawn boundaries) and written legal descriptions of the DDB boundaries are not in accord. City staff will ask the Pinellas County property appraisers to clarify their philosophy in defining the DDB boundaries and then request that they (property appraisers) be consistent in their definition. Item 3. Pinellas Trail Ream Wilson, Director of Parks & Recreation; Frank Aiello, Pinellas County Project Engineer; and Lt. Dewey Williams, Clearwater Police Department provided a preliminary design report on the Pinellas Trail through downtown Clearwater. Pinellas Trail meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 9:00 AM in the County Building on south Fort Harrison. Notices from the County will be sent to all property owners along the trail route. Item 4. Other Discussion Brenda Nixon updated the DDB & CRA on the Arts Colony project. She acknowledged the CRA's donation of $3000.00 to be used for water deposits, promotion and advertising. Ms. Nixon requested outdoor dining for the downtown restaurants; Cleveland street closing and police protection for a grand opening of the arts colony on November 14th; and funding for a band for the street fest. These requests will be forwarded to the appropriate City boards for consideration. A trial route expansion of the Jolly Trolley to downtown Clearwater was discussed. This could possibly start November 1, 1992 and last for 90 days. Item 5. Adjournment Meeting adjourned 7:15 pm
