Mr. Kader stated the Beautification Committee is not housed in the Parks & Recreation department, but rather they are an independent city board appointed by the Mayor and Council. Their duties consist of becoming involved with city related projects and not private sector projects. Also, many of the board minutes are easily obtainable on the Internet. Ms. Beall furnished step-by-step procedures on how to use the City of Clearwater's website when searching for agendas and boards.
