The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:08 p.m. at City Hall.
To provide continuity for research, items are in agenda order although not
necessarily discussed in that order.
Approval of Minutes: 3/14/05
Trustee Petersen moved to approve the minutes of the March 14, 2005, meeting, as
motion
recorded and submitted in written summation by the City Clerk to each Trustee. The
carried
was duly seconded and unanimously.
1. Accept the employees listed into membership in the City of Clearwater's Employees'
Pension Plan.
Human Resources Director Joe Roseto presented the Pension Advisory Committee’s
recommendation that the following employees be accepted into membership: Daniel Taban,
Parks Svc. Tech I/Parks & Recreation, Lisa May, Customer Svc. Representative/Customer
Svc., Jimmie Evans, Tree Trimmer/Public Services, Joseph Rice, Tree Trimmer/Public
Services, Karen Vaughan, Senior Staff Asst./Official Rec. & Leg. Svcs., Michael Manlove,
Parks Svc. Tech I/Parks & Recreation, April Everside, Customer Svc. Rep./Customer Service,
Ellen Ayo, Development Review Tech I/Dev. & Neigh. Svcs., Michelle Kutch, Accounting
Clerk/Finance, and Anthony Mastracchio, Plans Examiner/Dev. & Neigh. Svcs.
Trustee Hamilton moved to accept the recommendation of the Pension Advisory
