obtaining permits from the city of Clearwater, and subm�tting and having approved a
tandscape plan to shield the pool pump and equipment. On your pfan the pool
equipment is focated on the north side of your house.. This landscape plan must be
approved by the Landscape committee. As of this date you have failed to submit this
landscape plan.
