This easement is granted for public utility purposes. The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon and therein public utility facilities and to inspect and alter such public utility facilities from time to time. Grantee shall in every instance restore the easement premises and contiguous lands of the Grantor, if impacted, to equal or better condition as existed immediately prior to every exercise of said rights and obligations of Grantee. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Grantor shall have the right at its sole discretion to grant such other easements, rights or privileges to other persons and entities so long as such grants shall not unreasonably interfere with rights and privileges conveyed herein to Grantee. The easement herein granted, and the covenants and restrictions hereby imposed, shall be easements, restrictions and covenants running with the land, intended where appropriate to bind the Grantor's property and to benefit the Grantee.
