Jawdat Rubaii, Esq., was there to represent Michael! Jackson.
The Hearing Officer recominnended that the termination of Mr. Jackson be reversed. Human Resources Director Joseph
Roseto read into the record the reasons for the termination of Jr. Jackson. Dick Hull, Assistant City Attorney, offered all
the records and exhibits into the record. Each party was given an opportunity to present its case. Board members asked
their relevant questions,
At the conclusion of the presentations, John De' ella moved to reject the Hearing Officer's Recommended Order. 'The
motion was dully seconded by Debbie Ford and carried 3 to Z
