It is located on the south side of Union Street, approximately 600 feet west of Betty Lane (County Road 355). The applicant is requesting annexation in order to receive solid waste service from the City, and will connect to City sewer when it is available in the future, as part of the City's Idlewild/The Mall Septic -to -Sewer Project. The property is contiguous to existing City boundaries to the south.
