It is located on the north side of Burnice Drive approximately 345 feet west of Belcher Road. The applicant is requesting this annexation in order to receive sanitary sewer and solid waste service from the City. The Planning & Development Department is requesting that the 0.3098 -acres of abutting and adjacent right -of -way of Burnice Drive not currently within the City limits also be annexed. The property is contiguous to existing City boundaries to the north, east, and west.
