It is located on the north side of Parkwood Street approximately 137 feet east of Betty Lane. The applicant is requesting this annexation in order to receive solid waste service from the City. The Planning & Development Department is requesting that the 0.092 -acres of abutting right -of -way of Parkwood Street not currently within the City limits also be annexed. The property is contiguous to existing City boundaries to the north, south, east, and west.
