The proposed plan includes an increase in the area of a freestanding and attached sign as follows: 1. One Freestanding internally - illuminated sign 40 square feet in area with a total height of 6.5 feet and total width of 10 feet, located on the south side of the ingress/ egress opening . There will be a three foot wide buffer of landscaping around the entire base of the sign. The sign face will be brown in color with the text "Healthy Vision Institute" in white. In the middle of the "O" in "VISION" there will be a picture of a portion of a human face including an eye. There will be a tan outline around the sign face painted to match the building. The sign will have a brown pitched top with the address numbers in white. The sign base will have a faux stone finish to match the stone finish found on the building.; and 2. One Attached internally - illuminated channel letter sign 38.5 square feet (2.8 percent of the facade area) on the west fagade of the porte cochere.
