WRITTEN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: (Code Section 3- 1807.C) Signage proposed as part of a Comprehensive Sign Program may deviate from the minimum sign standards in terms ofnumbers of signs per business and/or parcel of lend, maximum area of sign face per parcel of land and the total area of sign faces per business or parcel of land, subject to compliance with the flaxibilily criteria outlined below. As part of the program, all sign types shall be reviewed for the business and/or Me development parcel to achieve compliance in so far as possible with these current regulations. See the existing pole sign on the property. It is too high, Rusted and not very attractive with two white poles and no architectural design at all. The proposed monument is contemporary and colorful that matches the architectural design of the building. The Signage brought to life a dark vacant building and added color and business to the community. This organization is a nonprofit company that uses the proceeds to support a children's home. Existing sign consist of one pole sign with a flooing company that is not even a tenant in the building. The new signs will improve the community character by expressesing how a company who is soley dedicated to improving childrens lives with creativity and a branded look will do so with an image that portrays the colorful and beuatiful life they want for them. I do not have documentation regarding the liability issue. This information was given by our legal council (Trenam Kemker) several years ago when we opened our first large retail space. Without this tag line, lawsuits can be directed to Hope International Ministries, Inc. instead of the owning company, Goodkids. Village, Inc. if Hope is subject to litigation related to our stores, the potential for our Orphanages to be shut down due to lack of funds is very high.
