Dear Mr. Hicks: The Planning Staff reviewed your Comprehensive Sign Program application for 700 Druid Road pursuant to Community Development Code Sections 3- 1806.B, 3- 1807.B.2 and 3- 1807.C. The proposed plan includes an increase in the area of an attached sign as follows: 1. One Attached non - illuminated sign 31 square feet in area on the south facade (1.40% of facade).
